Hudson Hospital Foundation
Nov 09, 2023 12:00 PM
For over 40 years, Hudson Hospital Foundation has served our communities by raising funds to support Hudson Hospital & Clinic, as well as other local nonprofits that advance health and well-being. When we come together to help people find hope and healing, everyone else benefits, too. Working closely with hospital and clinic leaders – as well as our thousands of donors and community partners – we’ve helped fund innovative programs, modern care spaces, new medical technology, peaceful areas of healing, scholarships, grants, and so much more. Our Neighbors Place
Jan 11, 2024 12:00 PM
Our Neighbors’ Place, Inc. (ONP) is an award-winning nonprofit organization providing support, shelter, and housing services to foster self-determination in Pierce and St. Croix counties. ONP supports the community with four programs designed to help meet basic needs with a holistic approach to strengthening families. Our Day Center provides comprehensive housing support and general advocacy. Our transitional housing program supports a family’s need for shelter and security. Since the programs inception in 2016 we have helped 18 families (26 adults, 46 kids) find stable, permanent housing. The backpack program works to meet the nutritional needs of our community’s children. The Closet store helps meet a community need for free clothing in addition to functioning as a thrift store to the public, with the funds going to support ONP programming. Our organization helps guide people as they look for mental health resources and provide financial assistance to help cover therapy services. Through our website and personal contacts, we can guide you through navigating mental health barriers and connecting you to local providers. Our funds are raised locally through selling merchandise, a golf tournament, and monetary donations. You can find us at thebutterflypath.org for resources and more information. Together, we can make a difference! |
