Please join us to hear Executive Director Steve McCarthy discuss ALICE in the context of the United Way’s annual campaign. 

United Way St. Croix Valley’s efforts focus mainly on ALICE, an acronym for Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed, which in St. Croix County is 23% of all households. When combined with people living at or below the federal poverty level, nearly 3 in 10 households struggle to make ends meet.
